great sound going on there, whats the thoughts behind this piece ?

Vanware responds:

first of all, diives wanted a powerful sound, with that idea in mind and the type of scene, i was very clear that it had to be a fight style, and use very cutting sounds, hence the use of brass and cellos as protagonists. The trombones always give seriousness in a fight piece. (Google traductor 😭

Lush, all the feels

I can see this in a game environment, aids very very well. nicely done!

you've got that feel sorted to a tee, lovely mixing and use of layers. nice one!

You really nailed that 80's soundscape whilst really fine tuning and keeping your compression and EQ's under control and its so clear and crisp, great job!
Also love the guitar tones going on

nice one!

PythonBlue responds:

Truthfully I was growing to not expect such detailed feedback about the production: thank you for proving me wrong. Yeah, I was aiming for a sound reminiscent of Judas Priest's "Ram It Down" album, and I'm glad to hear that you think it sounds passable for that era, especially since I feel most modern music over-compresses.

Im a dope, never saw that you posted this yet!
certainly a great listen on the headphones having heard you craft this over month long periods. Super well done, a proper crafted musician dance all interwoven and mixed wonderfully. Congrats!

SkankyMojo responds:

Thanks man, that's lovely of you to say. I couldn't of done it without you. Xx

I think this is a great start for a mood piece which has some interesting layer choices. Together you do hold a great deal of suspense in the simplicity as well as the interesting instrument choices which is pretty good going. My only criticism would be the robotic nature of the instruments. I feel it would aid so much more in making everything a little more in-perfect. dynamic velocities and unlocking the qauntisation would let the track breathe much greater, good job though!

SerebetGM responds:

I'm agreed with u dude, this song was one of my experiments of

classic tracks, my actually strongest skill in the composition. is

quite soft, n' some repetitive.

Made in 2020 xD

for this reason, i create the remake of this track, is more

loudness, but have some live.
